Summary
We are hiring a Director of Consulting to lead our consulting team and drive the strategic growth of our client services. This leadership role is responsible for guiding consultants, overseeing high-impact projects, and contributing to organizational strategy. Our consulting focus areas are Telecommunications Consulting, IT Consulting, Network Infrastructure Consulting, Healthcare Connectivity Consulting, Municipal Broadband Consulting, Rapid IT Assessment, and Grant Compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight across all consulting engagements
- Mentor and manage a team of Senior Consultants and Analysts
- Partner with executive leadership to shape practice direction
- Cultivate client relationships and lead business development efforts
- Ensure consistent delivery excellence across engagements
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in business consulting, or technology leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and oversee complex projects
- Strong business acumen and understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
