We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Specialist to support our financial operations and administrative functions. This role is essential in ensuring accuracy in financial records, timely client billing, and high-quality internal and external communication.

What You’ll Do
- Perform reconciliations to keep financial records accurate and up to date
- Prepare and process client billing in compliance with requirements and regulations
- Work with accounting systems
- Support daily operations through correspondence, data entry, and administrative tasks
- Collaborate across departments while also working independently.
- Uphold high standards of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting-related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of accountability and reliability
